Master is now using sbt 0.11

Hi all,

master is now using sbt 0.11 instead of 0.7.x. If not already done,
you have to install sbt 0.11. on your local machine. See
https://github.com/harrah/xsbt/wiki/Migrating-from-SBT-0.7.x-to-0.10.x
for more information.

Please note that the "jetty-run" command is now replaced by "container:start".
