Leo 6.8.6 Adds support for @leo links and websockets.

Félix wants websockets yesterday for LeoInteg and LeoJS, so improvements related to @leo will wait until Leo 6.8.7.

Thanks! (also, the major update for LeoInteg is the long-awaited support for virtual python environments! )

I'll test the new Leo features in devel troughout the week to make sure everything is ok :)
