@path headline behavior

It appears at some point the behavior of @path in a headline changed. Before, if you placed a valid @path in a headline, then double-clicked the headline, child nodes were created representing the directory and file structure of the @path folder. Now, nothing happens and no error message is generated. Perhaps I'm using it incorrectly or something.

Also, when I looked up the documentation for the @path directive, I didn't see any reference to this behavior. Has it been deprecated? I hope not as I found it to be quite useful for navigating a file-folder tree.

The active path plugin appears to be entirely broken.

Hmm, didn't realize that was from a plugin. Wonder how long it's been broken; or how. As I recall, I think I used it successfully a few weeks ago, but wouldn't swear to it.

I have tracked down the offending commit.

e288502 works.
af17f9e  doesn't.

Changes were made to the active path plugin.

I will file the bug report.
