The first phase of the sabbatical is winding down. I've reviewed and re-categorized many issues. This has been a high-energy process.

It's clear now that none of the remaining issues is earth shaking. I think that is a good thing. Later today I'll discuss a plan for making scripts easier to write. This is intended to be an alternative to bringing back emacs-style macros.

Expect 6.3 final about Monday, November 9. After that, the exploration phase of the sabbatical will begin in earnest.
