LeoInteg 1.0.23 Has Landed 🚀✨

I'm pleased to announce the release of LeoInteg 1.0.23, featuring a range of minor to significant updates since 1.0.21:

• Fixed the 'Save as .leojs' command icon.
• Introduced customizable command icons above the outline pane, with new configuration settings accessible in the Welcome/Settings webview.
• Made the 'Stop Server' command icon visible above the main LeoInteg panel when the server is started without a file opened.
• Updated package libraries and dependencies to ensure optimal performance.
• Updated minimal Leo requirement documentation.

These improvements are designed to enhance your experience, providing you with a more customizable toolset.
