change python minimum version to 3.7?

Everyone: Will you experience hardship if we change the minimum required python version for Leo to be 3.7?

Background: I rely on semantic_version module in setup.py for building a version number that PyPi.org is happy with. The dev has changed his min version to python 3.7. We don't have to follow suit, there are other ways to accomplish the same thing and semver is not needed for Leo itself, but it is the least amount of work for me. ;-)

For reference, Python.org is committed to 3.6 support (security fixes only) until December 2021.

Not true! I misread an error message and another package is complaining about the version. (I still have the question, but it's not urgent).

I would prefer to use only 3.6 for now. As I understand your second comment, this is not actually a problem. Is that right?

Right. 3.6 is still fine for me.
