New Version of viewrendered3 makes adding node headline as a top-level heading optional

There is a new boolean setting that controls whether a node's headline will be inserted into the rendering as a top-level header.  The new setting is:

@bool vr3-insert-headline-from-node

I have submitted a PR for this change,and it is also available from my GitHub fork in the devel branch at
