PR #1924 cleans considerable cruft from dozens of plugins.

There is a small chance that these changes could cause problems, but imo it is intolerable to leave debris around forever :-)

@file leoQt.py in LeoPy.leo and LeoPyRef.leo is @@leoQt.py. Better restore to @file before this version is finalized.

Good catch. The ekr-qt branch contains the corrected nodes.
