PR #3518 contains, by far, Leo's best python importer.

I have tested the importer on mypy sources. The leo-editor-contrib repo contains a new version of mypy.leo. See the StudyOutlines folder.

This PR marks a milestone. The remaining open items on the 6.7.5 to-do list are on hold until Félix releases leoJS.
