Leo 6.8.0 progress report

Expect Leo 6.8.0 beta 1 in about a week.

PR #3968 fixes minor problems with Leo's build/install scripts. The 6.8.0 branch now contains this PR. I have also updated and simplified info item #3837.

LeoJS 1.0 is nearing completion! PR #3971 fixes some quirps Félix found while transliterating the last bits of Leo's code.

Or earlier.  I talked last night with Félix about schedules:

- Expect another LeoJS beta release by this weekend.

- Expect LeoJS 1.0 a week or three afterwards.

- Félix prefers that Leo 6.8.0 final come after LeoJS 1.0, and that's what I'll do.

So:

- Leo 6.8.0 beta 1 will come in a few days.

- There will be additional Leo beta releases as necessary,

- Leo 6.8.0 final might happen in about a month.

 I know you specifically stated that you are using only Windows to create distributions.

However I tried the improved installation scripts again on Linux - and - they get quite a bit further.

I believe, I'm now running into an issue, that any developer would also run into on Windows, i.e. documentation files missing - or - in the wrong location  ...

I have reopened and renamed #3853. This issue now lists two desired constraints.
