PR #4698 is ready for early testing

PR #4698 is a big step forward:

- Up and Down arrows in the Find Tab switch between previous settings.

- The almost useless "reminder" buttons in the Find Tab are gone,

  significantly reducing the space needed for the Find Tab.

- The show-find-options command now always shows the options in the Find Tab. Doh!

This PR has not yet been merged. You can test it by checking out the "ekr-4685-find-tab-arrows" branch.

There is still plenty of time for further tweaks and improvements.
