astral-sh/uv seems to be very popular recently. Of course, this is also part of the rust everything trend. Because uv is used very quickly (and speed changes a lot of things), I was very surprised to see this example.

I'm thinking that Leo can actually use the shebangs trick. Execute any python script in the body of Leo without messing up Leo's environment
