I have (arbitrarily) picked March 25 as the release date for Leo 6.6 final.

Small bug reports continue to trickle in. I'll fix them up until March 18, at which point new PR's may be delay until Leo 6.6.1. All 6.6.x releases will go out the door on the last Friday of each month.

We appear to be on schedule. I am going to assign all new issues to Leo 6.6.1. One bug remains for 6.6.
