Leo File Name Is Not Displayed In Title Bar

I just noticed that in my installation of Leo 6.1, the name of the current leo file is not displayed in the title bar of Leo's window.  In previous versions (at least up to 5.9 - I skipped 6.0), it was.

Is there a launch option or a setting that will get the file names displayed again?  If not, I'd really like this to be restored.

It works for me.  What platform are you on?
