Leo's overarching goals for the future are easily stated:

1. Improved cooperation with other editors & programs.

2. Better diagrams in Leo, with Joe Orr's work as an inspiration. See also, Mind in Motion.

Both will likely benefit from embedding a client-server architecture into Leo. pyzo's yoton code may be used.
