Usage of "Leo-devel" archives from GitHub installed via pip into a dedicated PyVE does not work

Hello Matt,

Reproducing the problem was simpler than I thought. - Here are my notes & the logs:

Create a dedicated virtual environment in Python for it.

* See "Log-001"

Activate the VE & check status of pip.

* See "Log-002"

Install the latest version of Leo's development branch using pip.

* See "Log-003"

### Note 1: I closed the currently running instance of Leo in PyVE "Leo" before I tried to run the newly activated one in PyVE "leo-devel" ...

Unexpected behavious with the newly installed "leo-delvel" instance. I was able to copy & paste only with the right mouse click - not - with

* See "Log-004"

### Note 2: I closed the currently running instance of Leo in PyVE "leo-devel" and continued using using the one in PyVE "Leo" without any problems.

* See "Log-005"

Please let me know how to best proceed. - Just create an issue - or - would  you like other informations before?

Sorry no. I haven't made it back to the machine where I reproduced this problem yet. It's still on my radar though!

Sadly it seems the hydra has grown a new head and we're back to "pip doesn't install everything we ask it too" when installing from .zip (it does just fine from a wheel though, e.g. pypi.org).. Slicing, crushing, and choking #847, #810, #604. #603, and #573 were not enough.

I think I'm just going to declare the incantation of `pip install http://path/to/leo/archive.zip` as broken beyond reasonable repair and that people have to use either PyPi or git clone (when using pip).

Sounds reasonable to me.  Imo, PyPi or git clone should suffice.
