Importing a FreePlane mindmap into Leo

Hello, I downloaded the Leo 5.7 build for Windows with the intent of opening a FreePlane mindmap and saving it as a Leo file.

I notice that Leo can import FreeMind files but not FreePlane.

However Freeplane can export in OPML format. So if Leo can import that, then I can save in Leo.

How might I import an OPML file into Leo?
