Documentation For the Zettelkasten-in-Leo System

@edward asked me to adapt some documentation I wrote for the Zettelkasten-in-Leo system, so it could be put into the howto document for Leo as an advanced topic.  Here it is.  It should be suitable for conversion by rst3 as is.
