Leo 6.7.3 will go out the door one week from today. I'll delay the release one week so that we can all test recent changes.

I have just merged PR #3313 into devel. I'll accept no further PRs for 6.7.3 except for urgent bug fixes.

Please test devel and report any problems immediately.

All pre-release work on the 6.7.3 branch is complete. Please test this branch and report any problems.

Except for version numbers, devel is in sync with the 6.7.3.
