Ville's PR #4848 is now in "devel". It's a milestone

PR #4848 fixes hundreds of annotations and at least one real bug.

This PR represents a stupendous amount of work by Ville Vivainio. Words do not adequately express my gratitude. Only somebody who has (as I have) spent long hours wrestling with annotations knows just how much careful work is involved.

​In particular, Ville fixed scores of little-used plugins. That's real dedication.

As a result of this PR, I have tentatively scheduled Leo 6.8.10 for Friday, August 21.
