PR #4349 is a milestone: over 100 of Leo's files have been reformatted.


The details:


- Leo's testing scripts now run flake8 routinely.

- New flake8 checks verify that Leo's beautifier produces standard (expected) results.

  Wherever possible, Leo's beautifier is compatible with both flake8 and black.

- These flake8 checks revealed several bugs in the beautifier.


The PR fixes all known bugs in the beautifier. Many thanks to Thomas for pointing out a particularly hard-to-find bug.


This PR is the last scheduled for Leo 6.8.4. Please continue your testing and report any problems.
