Rev 5bd7034: the VR plugin now supports @jupyter

When the viewrendered pane is visible, the viewrendered plugin can show jupyter notebook files properly. @jupyter nodes should contain a url, either in the headline or body text.

For example, the following body text both work with @jupyter in the headline:

http://jakevdp.github.com/downloads/notebooks/XKCD_plots.ipynb

and:

file:///C:/Prog/JupyterNotebooks/jakevdp.github.com_XKCD_plots.ipynb at master · jakevdp_jakevdp.github.com_files/ipynb.htm
