(yet again) New features on the dev branch!

Hello to all Leonistas of the earth :)

Bunch'of new features to try to stress test :) ... frankly just gonna have to name the 0.1.13 release the 'ArJan' release !

- Ar'Jans's suggestion of Leo's style of keyboard navigation when focus is on tree/body is now DEFAULT option. it brings full immersion with now added support of 'Enter' key to switch back to the body like 'tab' and 'ctrl+t', along with support for pgup/pgdn and home/end keys too.

- Button icons and hover instructions for the "script-button" top button entry.

- Terminal output, for when the server is started by leoInteg either with the auto-start config setting of leoInteg or the 'start server' command from the buttons or command-palette. see below:

anyways check the changelog/readme i may have forgotten stuff i'm too tired.

....and now just added correct display of "currently opened file" with the statusBar indicator. (clickable to switch opened files) on the 'dev' branch.

Yes. I see that. The status bar looks pretty complete.
