This merge beautifies and fstringifies all of Leo's core files.

This is the culmination of the last four month's work.

Please report any problems immediately.

I should add that a bit more work remains on #1440. I did the grand merge today so as to simplify the diffs for the remaining work.

Rev 4adb573 merges 11 changed files into devel. These files containing more fstrings, made possible by a recent bug fix.
