Hello Félix,

I started to work with this new version - and - tried to copy from the  'untitled' tab containing "leoSettinngs" content to the 'myLeoSetting' tab.

When I did so I received the following error in Chromium:

###

    Uncaught runtime errors:
    ×
    ERROR
Failed to execute 'readText' on 'Clipboard': Read permission denied.
NotAllowedError: Failed to execute 'readText' on 'Clipboard': Read permission denied.
    ERROR
Failed to execute 'readText' on 'Clipboard': Read permission denied.
NotAllowedError: Failed to execute 'readText' on 'Clipboard': Read permission denied.

###

Do you need further information ?

Shall I open an issue in GH ?

With kind regards,

Viktor

It should have asked you for clipboard access permisions first - So thanks Viktor for spotting this bug! I'll investigate this and I'll open an issue if neccessary.

(I may have broken my clipboard permissions routine without noticing it because I already had given the permissions)

Thanks again to Viktor for spotting this issue!

I've launched leo-web version 1.0.19 to address it. I've worked on the system clipboard handling and have hopefully solved the issues that could arise when the browser's permissions prevent proper clipboard usage.

If the required permissions are missing when clipboard access is needed, a message dialog will now appear the first time this occurs during a session.

Here's what following those instructions would look like in most browsers:

Please try it out and let me know if you encounter any issues — clipboard-related or otherwise! :)

I did install version 1.0.19 locally - and - can now copy nodes from one outline to the other w/o issues.

So far I did not notice anything else in this new version.

Thanks a lot for resolving this issue !

With kind regards,

Viktor
