PR #4195 is now in devel

PR #4195 cleans unused kwargs from jedit's colorizers.

I've wanted to do this housecleaning for a decade or more. The recently added unit test made this project feasible. The unit test drove all my changes. The whole project took about an hour.

Only four matchers ultimately changed, so this project was a bit of an anti-climax. Still, the PR was well worth doing:

- The revised matchers are much improved.

- This PR probably marks the end (at last!) of the improvements to Leo's colorizer.
