no cursor in the viewrendered panes

Hi,
I see no cursor in the viewrendered panes (though I can scroll through them with the navigation keys). Is this intentionaly ?

Yes, they're meant to be similar to web browser views - you can't edit
in them. You can probably click-drag select a region and copy it.
There might, or might not, be an option to enable a visible cursor for
selecting things as there is in Firefox, but it doesn't seem you should
be needing to select for copy from them beyond what you can do easily
with the mouse.
