New command: open-leo-py-ref-leo

Aka Aka leo-py-ref-leo. Unlike the existing open-leo-py-leo command, this command always opens LeoPyRef.leo, never leoPy.leo.

This command appears in "File:Open Specific Leo File" menu.

I just realized I have been wanting this command for quite some time, and even more so now that LeoPyRef.leo contains all of Leo's sources, including plugins.
