Leo 6.8.1 and LeoJS 1.0 will go out the door together

Three recent PRs fix ancient Leo issues whose fixes will impact LeoJS. As a result, I have chosen to link Leo 6.8.1 with LeoJS 1.0.
The nominal release date for 6.8.1 is September 6, but I expect LeoJS 1.0 before then. We shall see.
I have just created the Leo 6.8.2 milestone containing most of Leo's remaining issues.
