Help wanted: improve leo/modes/typescript.py

This file controls how Leo syntax colors typescripts (.ts) files.  At present, it's just a copy of javascript.py, modified so that it handles // comments properly.  Everything else is unchanged, except the various rules and dicts have names starting with typescript instead of javascript.

This actually might be pretty close to what is needed, but I don't know that.  So I would appreciate it if some typescript user would have a look.
