Four PRs scheduled for Leo 6.8.9 are now in devel

The devel and 6.8.9 branches now contain four PRs scheduled for 6.8.9.

Two PRs relate to quirps discovered while releasing 6.8.8. The other two are more interesting:

PR #4576 improves mypy annotations throughout Leo's codebase. It affects 44 files. None of these changes should affect Leo's operation in any way.

PR #4562 fixes a crasher in Leo's import-tabbed-files command.

I tested the new PRs on the 'devel' branch - and - copy & paste is no longer working !

To be precise I tried to copy the info from Leo's log-pane ...

I did a checkout of tag 'v6.8.8' on the ~ same ~ branch - and - copy & paste is working again.

I verified this behavior on Debian 13 & Fedora 43. - See attached logs for Fedora ...
