where can I find the file LeoPy.leo ?

Learning to use Leo i want to read LeoPy.leo but cannot find it on my
hard disk.

You need to check out leo from bzr, the file is leoPyRef.leo

sudo apt-get install bzr
bzr branch lp:leo-editor

ls leo-editor/leo/core/*.leo

And I had to use Leo 4.8 from bzr to open LeoPyRef.leo .
/usr/bin/leo from the Debian package did not work.
