P.S. If you are planning on playing games from steam, you more than likely will face the same problem as I did where the games actually end up trying to use the integrated GPU as well, to fix this you do the same thing first go to C: drive>Program files(x86)>Steam>Steamapps>Common>(the game your wanting to play) and in said folder find the .exe file, add that and do the steps from before.
I figured out the problem. DropBox has a character limit of 275. The documents that would not upload exceeded that given that the file path included about 5 sub-folders and the document/file name was long. I wish the DropBox engineers would figure out a way to have the error messages match what is actually wrong. The error messages said DropBox would not support the file type (Google docs, etc) and that the file was empty. Well, the file was only empty because DropBox could not manage the number of characters in the path. I hope this helps someone else! I was stumped for a couple of weeks.
