lenstronomy minor release 1.9.1

Dear lenstronomy community,

this is the announcement of the minor release 1.9.1.

The release involves a bug fix in the sky brightness error modeling for the SimulationAPI module and a change in the amplitude-ellipticity convention of the light profile of the Chameleon profile.

All notebooks should be running as for version 1.9.0.
