Dear lenstronomers,

I am pleased to announce a new lenstronomy release version on PyPi, v1.10.0, consistent with the current main branch on the GitHub repository.
The release is marked as an intermediate release because one component of lensing mass profiles where the ellipticity component is parameterized in the lensing potential are not fully backwards compatible. All other parts are fully consistent with previous versions and most of you are not affected by these changes.

Thank you for Matt Gomer and Anowar Shajib who contributed directly to this release version, and many others for providing feedback and suggestions!
If you encounter problems or have questions, please let me know!

Best,
Simon

lenstronomy release v1.10.0

General dependencies:
- Schwimmbad dependency has changed to PyPi version. The latest PyPi version support using ‘dill’ for saving likelihood instances in MPI mode. Previously, a specific older branch of schwimmbad was referred to. Now, all lenstronomy dependencies are directly linked to PyPi instances.
- LensModel Module:
- Parameter definitions of e1, e2 are changed in scale to match the elliptical potential definition for ’NFW_ELLIPSE’, ‘PJAFFE_ELLIPSE’, ‘HERNQUIST_ELLIPSE’, ’SERSIC_ELLIPSE’
- Implemented Cored steep ellipsoid approximation of NFW and Hernquist profile (Oguri 2021), which are called ’NFW_ELLIPSE_CSE’ and ‘HERNQUIST_ELLIPSE_CSE’
- minor documentation and plotting improvements
