Problems compiling Lenstool on HPC

A question regarding lensing installation on HPC Cluster.

Sorry to take some of your time ....

I am trying to install lenstool on our HPC Cluster

(I am a Sys Admin here at University of Sussex Mathematical and Physical Sciences School)

All the dependencies have been installed, however we get a weird error we do not understand

h/astro/cf217/CODE/Finkelstein_lensing_project/_other_stuff/cfitsio-3.47   -o lenstool main.o liblenstool.a ../liblt/liblt.a -lcfitsio -lwcs -lgsl -lgslcblas -lm 
liblenstool.a(o_pixsource.o): In function `testpixel':
o_pixsource.c:(.text+0x7b5): undefined reference to `d_rbf'
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make[1]: *** [lenstool] Error 1

both o_pixsource and d_rbf compile fine so what could be the cause for the error ?

Hi,

I think we had this error in the past, you should just clean the installation:

make clean
aclocal
autoconf
automake
./configure xxxxx with parameters if needed
make

I think this is because the default Makefile.in and Makefile.am do not work with your automake compiler? I am not sure about the details here. 

Did it work in the end?
