New Lenstool release 7.0

Dear all,

It has been a long time since the last Lenstool release 6.8.1. With the developer’s team, we have the pleasure to release the version 7.0. Many changes have occurred since 6.8.1, in particular regarding

* the addition of new density profiles (Hernquist, Skewed elliptical)
* multiplane functionality
* cleanlens features
* restart feature

Also, the code has been profiled, and is now significantly faster.

Note that binaries for Linux and Macs OS X are available as well. Let us know if you want to upload binaries for other versions.
