Retiring the mailing list

Since this mailing list receives very low traffic, but we do get questions and comments from time to time on GitHub, I am going to retire the mailing list. I have set up discussions on the LensKit GitHub organization, and further public discussion and questions can  happen there: https://github.com/orgs/lenskit/discussions
