AvidLink Not working
Posted by peterquantick - 30 Apr 05:31PM Hide picture I've installed and uninstalled and reinstalled Avid Link and still cant log in so I can access the share facility.
Any ideas how I can do this?

Posted by peterquantick - 01 May 01:16PM Hide picture I enter my email and password and the signing wheel runs. Then it comes up with a message ( an error has occurred.please try again).

Pull down the "Avid Link" menu, and select "Preferences".
In Avid Link Preferences:
- uncheck "Anonymous Data Collection";
- click "Clear Cache Files".
If on macOS, pull down the Apple menu and select "Restart", and wait for the restart to complete: after the desktop has appeared wait for another two minutes for Avid Link to finish its start-up.
Then try signing in to Avid Link.

What version of operating system?
What version number of Sibelius?
What version number of Avid Link?
Try shutting down the operating system and restarting.
