Status report for LKA: New members

Dear Friends,

Our term in the ex-co of LKA is ending soon . Thank you for  all the energy invested ,
the  fantastic cooperation given and the learning opportunities created for our members as well
as ourselves .

At the recent committee meeting we just had , I have been advised to give a status report of our club.
Other than the usual report of the number of new members we have , and the number of meetings
 we  successfully organised , or the number of members who acquired new educational status ,
I would like to ask you to give me your view and reflections about the following questions :

      1. What are the most significant things you have personally learnt from being in the TM Movement ?

      2. What have you personally learnt from being an ex-co member of LKA during 2011-2012 ( our term of office ) ?

      3.What do you honestly think we, as the ex-co members , have managed to achieve for LKA?

      4. What could we have done better- if given the opportunity or resources  ?

      5. What are some things LKA members themselves could do to bring LKA ( and of course the TM Movement)
         to greater heights ?

BTW, Dennis, the ex-co would like you to do the induction of new members. The script has been sent to u ,   I think.
Kelvin has already included it in the programme .
You might want to inform the new members that they would be inducted , so that they are prepared .

It would be good if Existing Members  of LKA are  informed  beforehand as we have to 'promise" to help them.
