Hi all,
Is it possible to run lemur with eu-west instances? Couldn't find any :key for that setting.

Kind Regards,
Can

You can use  :availability-zone  in the defcluster.  It's not well tested, though, which is why it's not documented.

The value should be a String, from AWS docs: "availabilityZone - The Amazon EC2 Availability Zone for the job flow."

Thanks Marc,
I have tried with combos "ec2.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com", "eu-west", "eu-west-1","eu", "eu-west-1a", "eu-west-1b" now but it keeps giving me  "Error Message: Specified Availability Zone is not supported".
What am I missing?

Kind Regards,
Can

I think eu-west-1 should work.  But that is an error from AWS, not lemur specific.  Try posting on Amazon's forums.

Hi,
I have asked them but they quite slow in responding.
As it creates in us-east by default I have tried to give that as a value also but it refuses that too. It does not accept any values at all.
Where in the source code is the settings for availability-zone? I have checked command_line.clj but that seems to be for spot bidding?

Thanks,
Can
