Hi Ladies,

Hope all is well. I was wondering, what is the best way to get the keys from you? I could pick all of them up and coordinate with the subletters if you prefer, but I am out of town this weekend and get back Monday morning. What would work best for you?

Thank you!!

Thanks, Mada. We will figure out a plan and get back to you. We need to coordinate with Steve/Cleaner/carpet cleaner. When do you leave town?

Hi Mada---

We have two sets of keys for you.  We will leave the rest in the bowl by the front door when we leave.

This way, you can coordinate with the subletters.

How does this sound?

Are you free to come by tonight some time between 8-10pm?

Jen

Mada, just a heads up that we left a few kitchen items for you that we no longer needed but should be useful (dishes, spatulas, foil, glasses, etc.)  We've labeled the cabinets accordingly so you know where they are and can move around as you see fit.  There are also a ton of binders in the dining room cabinets so your roomies probably don't need to buy anymore the rest of the year!  We also left some beers and other beverages in the fridge that are good to drink.

We tried our best to leave this house in a really good state for your move in on Monday so enjoy the house!  It has certainly treated us well this past year.

Also, do you think you and the sublettors will move around boxes in the garage by mid-July?  I'd love to come the week of 7/15 to see if I can find my missing things.  I think there's a very good chance I still have a few things shoved in the back.  Please let me know!

Thanks!
Lucy
