Internet and Electricity

Hi guys,

I tried to call Comcast today and get internet and it looks like you guys never shut down the service. Do you have any info on that? Is there a modem that is still there?

Also, what should we do about electricity? When does it get shut down?

Comcast is confused. I will call them. Internet and Cable were shut off on 6/28, and we shipped back the cable box and remote (the modem was Savannah's).
 
You can manage the whole thing online. I don't think you even have to call them.
We stopped paying utilities as of 6/28...you should get that set up soon so that they don't shut things off.

Just spoke to them. The guy who filled out the cancellation request never submitted the form (lovely). Now, though, it has been submitted. The lady I spoke to said that you can call anytime now to get your service set up. If you still run into any issues, let me know.
