power pilot stuck on full display 8's

power pilot would not start recording a session nor read heart rate.

did a reset. screen stayed on full display - so not returning to idle mode.

changed the batteries but the problem persists.

any thoughts?

Have you had any luck?  I have the same problem.  Got no help from Lemond except to tell me I can trade it in for a Wattbox when they have more to sell.

sent it in and they fixed it free of charge. still working so still happy.
