As of the latest lcc version, is it possible to group the tests?

I tried to find this in the documentation, but didn't find it.

Hello Akshay,

What do you have in mind by "group the tests" ?

Best regards,

Nicolas.

Something like this https://testng.org/doc/documentation-main.html#test-groups. It would let me group my tests based on some logic. I believe lcc tags should let me do that.

After taking a quick look at the testng documentation, I would say that you can almost already perform the same things with lemoncheesecake's tags (http://docs.lemoncheesecake.io/en/latest/cli.html#lcc-filtering-arguments):
  • ANDs and ORs between tags
  • wildcards (whereas testng uses regular expressions)
  • tag exclusion
The only thing you cannot do compared with testng's group, is "groups of groups", there is no "tags of tags".

Best regards,

Nicolas.
