China Travel Agent?

Hi guys,
Some of my team members will be taking a trip to China in a couple months to visit some factories. We're going to the usual places like Shenzhen.
Does anyone know a good travel agent to assist with booking our hotels and transportation between meetings, and ideally an interpreter as well?
Had a conversation with Amir that this service would make a great startup.....
