I'm trying to license out my office in the outer sunset. Know anyone that might be interested? Description below:

FarmHub is moving out of our office in the Outer Sunset and we're wondering if any fellow hardware start ups want it? It's all setup and ready to go and we can give you flexible lease terms.

The 2,600 foot office space is at 30th and Taraval St. Muni stop (L line). 

Amenities include:
- high speed internet (wired and wireless)
- networked printer
- equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, fridge, hot water kettle)

The office includes a full bathroom with a shower. A conference room is setup, a reception/lounge area, and plenty of storage space. Furniture is included but we can make room for personal pieces if you like.

The space was previously used for electronics and mechanical prototyping, so we have lots of shop tools that may be included upon request (oscilloscope, drill press, soldering iron, laser cutter, test chamber).

The entire place is very well lit with many skylights and windows.

We would rather rent the entire place to a single business, but will entertain splits.
