Before performing any of the actions described in this article, ensure you know your Google account e-mail and password. Depending on your security settings, your Xperia device may lock after a reset or repair. You must then enter your Google account username and password to use the phone. If you don't remember your Google account username and password, you cannot unlock the phone yourself.
Another way to unlock your Sony Xperia phone using Google is by answering the security question. When we set up our Google account, we usually choose a security question and an answer. This comes in handy if you want to recover your Google account, reset the password, or if you want to unlock your phone's screen.
Hard resetting your smartphone usually solves everything! Hence, it can also help you unlock your Sony Xperia phone; however, using this method will erase all the data on your phone. So, if you still want to unlock Sony Xperia phone using this method, only do so if you have backed up your device and have no other way to unlock your phone. This includes forgetting your Google account details or not having access to a PC to download and use Dr Fone - Screen Unlock (Android).
An operator lock, also called a carrier lock, constitutes a limitation imposed on a mobile phone by a network provider. This measure is implemented to guarantee that the device exclusively functions with the services provided by that specific carrier. If you wish to remove the operator lock from your Sony Xperia device, you'll need to follow specific steps and meet certain criteria. Here's how to remove the operator lock on a Sony Xperia:
Step 2: If the bootloader status displays "Yes," ensure that the Sony USB drivers and ADB tools are installed on your computer. Enable "USB Debugging" and "OEM Unlocking" on your smartphone and switch it off.
All these phones have a setting that locks the phone to prevent other people from using it without your permission, but the settings are accessed via the menu systems, which are inaccessible because of the lack of audio output and the small size of the print on the displays. However, the Motorola has an accessible keypad shortcut that can be used to lock and unlock the phone. The Sanyo has a shortcut only to unlock the phone, but the Audiovox and Sony-Ericsson have neither, so sighted assistance would be required to gain full access to this feature on these three phones.
A keypad lock is used to avoid inadvertent dialing if the phone is jostled while in a pocket or briefcase. Since the keys are protected by their clamshell-style designs, this feature is not necessary with the Audiovox, Motorola, and Sanyo phones. It is necessary on the Sony-Ericsson because the keys are exposed. However, locking and unlocking the phones is done with the inaccessible menu system.

Virtual Pencil 1.0, the first product from Henter Math, is computer software designed to allow interactive access to mathematics. Meant to be used by people who cannot effectively use a pencil because of visual, motor, or learning disabilities, the Virtual Pencil is a tool that can be used to interactively solve a math problem. Guided by the user with keyboard or voice commands, the Virtual Pencil is described as a "'smart' pencil that knows where to put the immediate answers, where to put the final answers, and where to get the raw numbers that are used to get the answers." The software has two modes of operation. The tutor mode demonstrates how to navigate around math problems and solve them, and online help is available. The test mode requires the student to know how to navigate the problem and where to put the answers. Teachers can use Virtual Pencil to create an assignment or test, password protect it, and then send the test or assignment to the student via e-mail, save it to a disk, or emboss it in braille. The current version of Virtual Pencil is designed to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, and work with decimals. Future versions will be designed for higher levels of mathematics, such as algebra, trigonometry, differential equations, and calculus. The cost is $99. NOTE:This part will not erase anything from your smartphone. It will only download the required files needed to unlock your smartphone. Make sure your device is connected the entire time while this process gets completed.

It supports most network lock options, especially Band Lock and Channel Lock.
Among the available phones, it has the most suitable price and providing this model for the usual 2G / 3G tests is more economical than all other phones.
Among the mid-range phones, it has frequency scanning.
Well i cant flash "unofficial" firmware because my bootloader is still locked. And i flash the firmware which i got from Xperia companion. I use flash tool after fail to repair the problem using Xperia companion ...
I'd like to share how you can reset your Xperia even if it doesn't boot (start) anymore! It not only helps to break a boot loop, it also helps to unlock the phone if you forgot your smartphone lock credentials. Of course, your data on the phone will be erased.
For those who, like me, had the "black screen of death" issue and Xperia Companion is telling you your device is locked, close down Companion, unconnect your phone from your laptop/tablet and start again using the instructions above. If you do this right it lets you bypass the locked screen. You have to do everything in the order above otherwise it won't work
The Vivaz Pro lacks a screen-lock slider, as would be found on all Nokia touchscreen phones. Instead, users have to summon the profiles menu (by pressing the power key). However, the screen lock option is immediately below the shut-down option. This means that it is all-too-easy to turn the phone off by mistake!
Around the back you find the first difference from the Vivaz: the camera takes a drop to 5.1-megapixels and the arrangement is slightly different. The back now features the power/lock button, more conveniently placed than on the Vivaz (where we found we powered the phone off whilst gripping it in landscape aspect).
Another irritation we found was the power/lock key. We said we like the new position, but we don't like the menu it presents in portrait: the "turn off" option lies next to the "lock screen" option. On many occasions we went to lock the phone and powered the device off. Equally, if the option you want is highlighted, you can press the "ok" at the bottom of the screen. This, unfortunately, is just below the flight mode option, so this approach would often lead to us severing all connections, rather than just locking the screen. In landscape the arrangement is slightly different, so it doesn't present a problem: again, something you'll have to get used to as you grow to know the phone.
On the music front, the 3.5mm jack means you can use your own headphones and we found the audio quality was good, once we had set aside the hard plastic bundled 'phones. Unfortunately you can't change the volume when the phone is locked.
Symbian has had a native graphics toolkit since its inception, known as AVKON (formerly known as Series 60). S60 was designed to be manipulated by a keyboard-like interface metaphor, such as the 15-key augmented telephone keypad, or the mini-QWERTY keyboards. AVKON-based software is binary-compatible with Symbian versions up to and including Symbian^3.
There are many reasons as to why you would need to unlock Sony Ericsson U5 Vivaz. A pattern key is an additional tool for locking Android smartphones. The operating system asks to set it up so it could be used alongside a fingerprint sensor or with face unlocking options. Budget versions of smartphones prove to be an exception, in which the pattern key is provided as an alternative to the usual digital password. Setting up an extremely complicated graphic combination can lead to problems, such as repeated erroneous input that could automatically lead to device locking. Knowing some tricks and approaches to modern Android versions can help you unlock Sony Ericsson U5 Vivaz if you forgot your password or pattern lock (depending on what option you chose for your device lock).
