We need to fix the travel schedule by TOMORROW.

Current plan (please read CAREFULLY and make up your mind, otherwise we will make the choice for you and ask you to pay later, hehe...):

5.17 Afternoon

Group 1 will leave after 6pm

Group 2 & 3 will leave at about 3pm, is this OK? PLEASE SPEAK UP IF YOU CANNOT LEAVE ON TIME NOW!

5.18 Saturday

Morning - noon:

Option A: Wine tasting (Weekend des Grands Crus , 60 Euro)

Option B: Wine exhibit (Planète Bordeaux, http://uk.eurostar.com/uk/travel-to-france/travel-to-aquitaine/travel-to-bordeaux/exhibitions/planete-bordeaux-visit-ide-55918146, 5 Euro)

Yusheng and others already bought the wine tasting tickets (buy tickets NOW if you want to go). I am going to visit Planète Bordeaux instead (never a wine drinker anyway), anyone else who wants to go can join and we can pay for tickets when entering the exhibit.

Afternoon-evening: City of Bordeaux, shopping, dinner

Then you will drive mostly during NIGHT ALL BY YOURSELF for 6 hours? You will arrive at Bordeaux after midnight, not sure it's a good idea, can you skip at least the last part of the meeting?

I (and group 2) will leave in the early afternoon (group 1 will stay for 1 night on the way, maybe you should do the same).

I cancelled car rental and confirmed the Hennessy Cognac tour to have 9 people (special discount price 5 Euro/person).

There is no point going back now, everyone must go!

Please check:

1) GPS & Map --- do we have GPS in each car?

2) Mobile phone --- anybody got French mobile?

3) Weather condition --- it's actually cold out there!
