Hello, lelylan Dashboard doesnt accept login today, showing a red message saying that "we're sorry, but something went wrong". Also, at least one device just doesnt connect (arduino yun based, using mqtt).
Hope you can take a look...

Hi there,

Thanks a lot for writing us. We are encountering few problems with the servers which we're fixing right now.
We'll be back once fixed.

Hi there,

we found out the problem is related to an unscheduled change on the DB Service Provider we use for the cloud service.
We apology about the inconvenient.

Unluckily, being Lelylan a mix of complex microservices, it will require 10 days to bring all needed updates (as we are pretty busy on commercial development and we need to reschedule some time). In the mean time we suggest you to read the documentation and lab articles to get ready.

Thanks for your understanding and looking forward to come back to you with good news.

Ciao Ricardo,

still finding out a way to solve the db issue. Mongolab made a very big change to their infrastructure braking up consistency with Lelylan. They are working to solve the problem and they told us it should take few days more at this point.

Sorry a lot for the inconvenience and looking forward to be back to you with clearer information.
All the best

Hi Andrea, something is still not working.
I can connect to the dashboard, and see my devices, that works just right. Also, the devices (all of them using Arduino Yun) seem to connect properly, as the client.connected() call returns TRUE.
But, when I issue commands from the dashboard, these don't seem to get to the device, so the device just sits there waiting, identical to the situation I described on the mail from august 21, and here on the group on augist 23... can you please take a look when you can?

thanks a lot!
Ricardo

Hi Ricardo,

we are now in a working trip mood and we'll get back to the offices only Monday.
Hopefully that day we'll fix this issue.

Thanks a lot for your time. I really appreciate it.
